The service was professional, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the stylists really took their time to make sure my braids came out neat, secure, and beautiful. The hair lasted a long time and I received so many compliments. I appreciate their attention to detail, care for my hair, and the friendly customer service. Definitely one of the best braiding shops I’ve been to—I’ll be coming back and recommending them to others!”
They are the worst! I took my daughter in for two goodess braids and it looked terrible when I came back to get her! They used black gel, her hair was coming out of the braids, I mean it was just awful! I do not recommend any braiding salon in the city of Petersburg at all!! Go to Richmond. I wouldn't even give them 1 star!
