During our visit, I asked Dr. Wang to complete the medical certification needed for my son’s 504 plan. My son is failing his classes due to the cognitive and physical side effects of his seizure medications, which places him at academic risk. Instead of discussing this or offering support, Dr. Wang refused to sign the form, stood up, and left the exam room. Never have I ever left a doctor’s office feelings as defeated as I have after leaving this office. I arrived optimistic due to the fact I have been waiting months for this visit and was honestly just hoping for some good information and clarity on what’s been going on. I was met with the most dismissive assumptive doctor. Don’t come here. The neurologist is rude and dismissive and there’s a heavy language barrier. No one in that office is helpful
Absolutely horrible experience with this doctor. Talks over you, doesn't listen. She doesn't seem to speak English very well. Her clothes were dirty, which for a Doctor is just not acceptable. Her bedside manner was horrible. We were referred for one particular issue and she would not talk about anything other then that. Imagine trying to talk to a neurologist about headaches and being told "No" Really a horrible experience overall.
