Absolutely don’t use this management company! It has personally cost me so much money. Suzanne is extremely disrespectful, aggressive, and confrontational towards home owners. And from what I’ve seen on other reviews, towards tenants also. She expects home owners to give her the keys to their home and never speak again. For this reason we decided not to extend our one year lease to the tenant because we no longer wanted to work with Suzanne.
