I BROUGHT MY 5 YEAR OLD SON TO THE OFFICE FOR HIS EARS AND FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THE STAFF HERE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE DOCTOR COME INTO THE ROOM AND ADDRESSED MY SON IN A WARM FRIENDLY WAY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS GONNA BE DONE SO HE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND HAS SINCE CLEARED ALL HIS EAR PROBLEMS.
Dr. Yavelow is a wonderful doctor!
I should have listened to my own gut instinct and not make an appointment with them because from the get-go I called and asked if they took my insurance and also my grandmother's and they said they did not know and I had to call my own insurance company and see. The doctor takes a very minimal amount of time with you and is not very thorough, he is rough too. I have pictures of instruments sitting in the sink and I actually questioned one of the staff because she was washing instruments by hand.
