Completely irresponsible, their "office" turns out to be in what seems to be the home of the owner so don't bother going to them as they'll offer to come to you. They/he might as well be out there armed as they will take your money and produce no results... BOLO, THE WORST EXPERIENCE... 3 yrs ago we paid them to help us out on a permit on a property we purchased without realizing the issue and as of today, they don't bother to even bother answering back. COMPLETE DISGUISE, WE WERE FOOLED...
