Overpriced services compared to other plumbing businesses. Charged $380 to drain and remove a hot water tank. This took about one hour. Normally this would cost $95 per hour. Since Yavapai Plumbing charges by the project not hour they have outrageous set prices. When I spoke with Tonya she wasn’t the least bit interested in my complaint. I also received a quote to have a new heater installed and they came in approximately $900 more. I will never use Yavapai Plumbing for any of my needs and won’t recommend them.

I was devastated by the service I had with Yavapai Plumbing and Heating. I'm a teacher, so I have very limited funds. I'm a single mom, so I don't know a lot about furnaces. My heating in the winter and now air conditioning in the summer was not working. I called the company, because a really nice man had helped me out about two years ago. Yavapai Plumbing and Heating Review – 4/27/2019 I strongly recommend Yavapai Plumbing and Heating for everyone’s heating and air conditioning needs. A ***** ***** communicating ****** **** furnace I purchased five years ago (from a different company) created leak problems from condensation in my attic. The water damage is very visible on my ceiling. Trevor, with Yavapai Plumbing and Heating, quickly identified the problem. I have used Yavapai Plumbing and Heating since moving to Dewey. I initially called to schedule A/C maintenance on our new home. I had noticed our line was repeatedly freezing on our A/C. Billy came out the same day and within an hour repaired the issue. Just called them early this morning due to our pilot not staying lit on our water heater. Tony came out and was able to figure out the issue. They have always been honest and never cut corners to fix a problem. I really appreciate that. Purchased a water heater from the company 11 years ago and when I needed to replace it I called them for a quote, which they provided. I thought it was rather high so I found my 11 year old receipt and realized the quote was more than twice as much as before. Thinking the quote must have been an error I called them and was told that prices go up. Well, I certainly know that and expected to pay more, within reason, but NOT 2 1/2 times as much.
