the front office staff is just so rude! they seem like they do not enjoy there job . they literally make new moms feel like they are doing something wrong the blond one always has a attitute ..SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING CUSTOMER SERVICE IF IT BOTHERS HER TO ANSWER A QUESTION NICELY! AND KAREN IBARRA treats people which such an attitude if you are burnt out find another job! providers are very nice but they need new front staff that will at least act like they care about there patients..
