Absolutely amazing best I've ever been to really did amazing with me
Very professional and friendly staff. They do everything possible to make you comfortable, in a potentially uncomfortable situation. Everything from the initial consult, to the procedure itself, and the follow up visit, could not have gone more smoothly. Doctor Sorensen really takes his time to explain everything involved in your care, and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Sorensen and his staff are more than wonderful! They make you feel comfortable, calm and cater to your needs. I was shocked when I got a call from Dr. Sorensen himself the afternoon after my surgery. That was a personal touch that went above and beyond any expectation I had. I have never gotten that kind of care from any other doctor. I am so glad I was referred to him, and I would recommend him to anybody and everybody!
Dr. Sorenson exudes such a calm and confident demeanor that even with having my very first extraction, at 61, that I chose novacaine instead of sedation! He explained what was happenin' as did what he was doin'. The visit was quick and, relatively, painless. Although I wouldn't go on a daily basis, I would strongly recommend Yavapai Oral & Facial Surgical Center. Donna, Margie and the rest of the staff truly care.
