Appreciate Steve’s immediate help to my concerns.
I keep posting here about how happy I am living at Yauger Park Villas, because the maintenance continues to be exceptional. This time it was mainly just a light bulb, but Steve also snaked a toilet for us. As always, response time was less than a day. We love living here and Steve is a big part of that.
Clean, safe..but please expand club house hours. Nice gym but can’t use it much. Club house is closed, only open a few hours

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences since living at Yauger Park Villas. YPG is in a great location, lovely homes and exceptional staff. The property manager handles everything in a prompt and courteous manner. She is friendly and very responsive as well as uncommonly knowledgeable about all aspects of the property. Maintenance is onsite and always willing to help. Yauger Park Villas is a wonderful place to live and I couldn’t ask for a better team.
