My son was treated like he didn't matter for one, his order was wrong. He let them know and they offered to replace it but he had to go to work so he declined. He bit into chicken fajita taco, and noticed that the chicken had burnt pieces all around the edges. So he stopped eating it, and has been sick for the past few days, immediately after biting into it. Ended up with food poisoning, will never go there again. His friend, who also got food has been sick with the same symptoms. Very dissatisfied.
Hot food every time. Always tasty. I always order to go and always get exactly what I ordered. Good customer service too. !
