Top notch. Local Family Owned and operated. So much easier to deal with than the big cooperate stores and all of there policy’s. You won’t find a friendlier staff anywhere. There is a reason this business has been open in this town for so long.. #shoplocal
They were supposed to replace a broken dresser over a year ago that they damaged while trying to deliver so they delivered it anyway & said they’d replace it & every time I call I get the run around & that they’ll call when there in my area to deliver. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I have bought two couches from Yates, the first is still in great condition and I gave it to my granddaughter when I refurnished, bought it many years ago. I love the new one, it is sturdy and comfy and looks great. had great delivery service and set up. I am now looking for dining room furniture and will be going back to Yates for that!

I have recently purchased several items from Yates, they are very helpful and most importantly have great prices, at least 30% off of what I found elsewhere. The items I bought were special order, so I got exactly what wanted. I am super picky about where I spend my money and I've been happy to shop at Yates.
Yates has always been our go to place for all of our furniture and bedding needs. Great people and great prices. Sooner or later your gunna be their customer.
