This is my 4th time having Yates Services at my home and again they did an outstanding job. This time a had exhaust fan installed in my bathroom
Yates Services was well represented by Mr. Kimlee. He did a great job displaying his expertise, professionalism, happily answering questions and did a great job with clean up.
Always friendly and professional. Always fix problems quickly and reasonably priced.
Mr Yates came out and fixed my electric issue after the storm. We had been having issues with voltage spikes so I thought my issue was in the panel with the breakers because our AC unit would still not come on. But he quickly diagnosed it and fixed it on the spot. The surge had burned out a transformer of some sort in my split unit. He had the part and got us AC again quickly on a day that was close to 100 degrees. He is my go to for heating and air as well as electrical work.
