First time home buyers in the fall 2020. He came out and spent most of the time talking about his 3D printing business and insisted that part of his job was to “tell us how to use the house”. He didn’t go into the attic, which resulted in finding the image below during the first rain after we moved in, he also marked we had a non-visible inside water meter which I easily photographed here below which had extensive corrosion that required a service call not covered by home warranty. I was extremely impressed with Don Yates. He was very professional and friendly. He provided us a very thorough and detailed inspection report within 24 hours of us contacting him. He was very easy to talk to and explained everything in great detail. I would highly recommend anyone buying a home to go with Don Yates!

This is the 2nd time we have used Don, he is not only professional but very personable (which we loved). Awesome guy. Reliable and honest - exactly what you should be looking for in an inspector. We got our inspection report in less than 24 hours after the inspection! We will definitely be recommending him in the future.
