This used to be my go to wash location. Now if you want to go, give yourself an hour... if you need your interior done. It is the most inefficient wash you’ll ever experience. Two guys in polo shirts are texting and not helping the rest of the crew. A few guys are working but won’t help each other on the various tasks. One is only doing tires, when he’s done tires he doesn’t jump in to help with the windows or vacuuming he just stands there. AWFUL SERVICE TODAY! I’ll start using the Mr Wash (or whatever it’s called) instead; it’s much, much closer to me anyway!!

Took my Husband’s truck (it can be hard to find a car wash that does open bed trucks) in for the Signature Wash- results were Awesome! Nathaniel and his Team wasted no time in doing an Excellent Job! They also offer coffee/fountain drinks while you are waiting along with a free air freshener. I look forward to bringing our cars back! A hidden gem in Kingstowne!
Good wash but poor attendant service on wipe down.
I live in DC, but will drive out of my way several times a month to have my Mustang washed and cleaned at Yates Kingstowne. They always take great care of my baby. I recommend the Signature service.
