I can't say enough good things about the team at Yates Garage. They recently completed transmission work on my Corvette C7, and the entire experience was top notch. I stopped by Yates, to have my clutch and shifter checked out to make sure everything was adjusted correctly. The clutch needed adjustment and Tim did that quickly easily, but he also was able to pinpoint a problem I was going to have someone else look at. Tim does an excellent job of explaining the work he performed and even someone without vehicle knowledge should understand. I look forward to working with Tim and Yates in the future.

Mechanics like Tim are a dying breed of mechanic who can diagnose issues without needing a computer to tell him what the problem is like so many of the “mechanics” today. He’s hands on and honest who has decades of experience working on vehicles, his knowledge is broad, however, these days he chooses to just work on transmissions mainly, it seems allowing him to get you in and out relatively quickly.
