GREAT JOB! =) – I have been coming to Yates for awhile now, but recently things have gotten much better. I had my oil changed on July 25th and the crew that was working was great. Even the guys who were not working on my car made a point to talk to me. The guy who was working underneath my car then made a point to come up and talk to me about the status of the under carriage of my car. Everyone was going above and beyond, I was very impressed. I never write reviews but these guys deserved it. Great job and great service.
I went on Dec 2, 2008 for an oil change but unfortunately Walmart vehicle service shop was closed so I proceeded to the Sunoco gas station on Kingstowne Blvd. I noticed a vehicle service shop name Yates Express Lube in which an oil change can be done as little as 10 minutes. I thought it was great until Yates Express Lube charged me $122.91 for the service in which it was insane if you asked me, hopefully they gold plated the oil. My boyfriend went in for an oil change this weekend. They checked his car and told him he needed to replace the heater hose and thermostat. These two parts plus oil change plus labor should have cost no more then $200... The bill totaled $666.13. And after all that was done... the car would not even start! The mechanic check again and said he would need another $2200 in work for the car to run again.
