The initial repairs to our vinyl floors were not completed correctly for a good while but after the Yates owner and upper management got involved, things started to move quickly. They prioritized our re-installation and did the job right.
Choose. A. Different. Company. We've worked with Yates twice now and have had problems both times. They fixed the issues the first time, so we decided to go with them the second time, but it's just not worth it. We have used Yates twice now and honestly both times we’ve regretted that decision. The first time we had issues with our sales person, the installation team showed up with their shirt unbuttoned and unprofessional. Stephen ended up coming out and made right by us and that is why we even considered using Yates again. This most recent installation was a repair job from our water bursting. ASK FOR NATHAN! We had 6 different people/companies give us quotes and info when we were trying to decide what to do about some floors that were poorly installed in a house we bought, and Nathan went above and beyond to help us. He never made us feel rushed, always responded right away, and treated us with utmost professionalism. We will be back to do business with Yates if Nathan is still there.
