Jason made everything easy from start to finish! He walked me through tile and grout selection and matches and the project turned out better than I could’ve hoped!
My Yates experience was great from the beginning. Their people are very helpful and do not pressure or rush your decisions. Also the couple that installed my carpet were wonderful!
I couldn’t be more pleased with my new floors! I went into the store not knowing what I wanted or if I could even afford it. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; Greg Sherrill was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I left, I knew exactly what I wanted. Yates removed our carpet and installed a beautiful tile throughout the house and it is absolutely stunning!!! The process from start to finish was seamless, organized and professional. Monte was the first person that we spoke with to help get our process started and he was the absolute BEST!! Our tile installers were fantastic and the person that stretched our carpet over the areas to correct what was going on, was so good, too!! Thank you so much, Yates!! We will definitely be back!
Excellent. High quality craftsmanship. The technicians worked on schedule, completing their tasks along the day. In addition they left everything clean. Mr Kevin, always showed a sense of efficiency and good business.
