She was extremely responsive in working with me over text and email while I was in Dallas helping coordinate my sister’s flooring project in the Lubbock area. First off, Patsy is an absolute angel. I can’t thank her enough for all that she has done to help me and support me through getting this work done. She went above and beyond to help me and her communication is supreme as well. Second, the communication and effectiveness of getting jobs scheduled and the follow up calls of when to expect installation, etc was unmatched by Layla. She is so good at her job.
