Everything about the process of having new flooring at Yates has been great and I would recommend them to anyone in West Texas. Only 4 stars for now while we wait for piece of trim that was damaged in transit to get replaced - will edit in a 5 star once that's been taken care of. Updated: the piece that was damaged in transit has been replaced in a timely manner. Nothing but professionalism every step of the way!
Haley’s customer service was wonderful. Not only did she get us a sample of travertine, she kept us updated along the way. From keeping us up to date on the latest as far as when the travertine would be in to checking on how things were going during the installation. The installers did a great job. Will be going back to Yates for future work.
