My husband and I highly recommend Yates Flooring Center and Monte. We purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring to replace carpet and tile. Monte answered all our questions and guided us in making sure we selected flooring which would compliment our furniture and style. I picked Yates to re-do the flooring in my home due to their reputation for great work and service. Unfortunately I was severely disappointed Monte did not make things smooth and the installers messed up installing the floors and at first refused to correct it. Multiple things went wrong and I’m not satisfied in the least with the work done. Also they didn’t even ask for payment they just ran my card I used for the deposit. Wife and son went in to browse tile. It's Saturday, they were not dressed to the nines, were immediately judged by receptionist. No salespeople could tear themselves away from their phones or friends. Whole house re-flooring will be done by a more respectful company.
It was a great experience from start to finish! My floors look great!!
From the time I walked in the door, I felt welcome and valued. Nathan Allen came immediately to help me when I was looking for carpet to have made into rugs. He listened to what I wanted, figured out how much I’d need, and we had a good quality carpet chosen within about 15 minutes. We’ve used Yates for years and years and this experience just shows you why. They are always so good to work with!
