RecommendedExcellent customer service! Austin worked with me to save me money on my repair and always returned phone calls/answered questions. Very happy with the body work on my Nissan! If I need repairs in the future, I will take it to Yates!
While they did excellent body work to my Malibu, I would not reccomend them as a collision center. They took our truck knowing that it was an insurance claim meaning storage fees would be paid by the insurance. They refused to release our truck even though insurance was willing to provide proof that payment had been sent. They wanted to hold our truck until the check arrived which would cost us storage fees out of pocket. If you're unwilling to work with an insurance company, then don't agree to take the vehicle! I'm very thankful and pleased with the great job that was completed on my car. Great friendly staff. Was by sure luck I came across them and glad I did. 5 star service from the towing to body work to office staff.
The best body shop I've been to. I've used their services twice and was very pleased. Austin is very nice and professional.
I would 100% without a doubt use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They have been so good to me. I am very grateful and appreciate all they have done for me.
