William badger did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do and how insects get into your home. He answered all our questions in such a way that if I had a business, I would try to hire him away from you. Really appreciate his professionalism and thorough way that he treated our home. This is the 2nd time I’m calling for service and had to pay $300. again. I can’t give a rating on this worker as he is still working on the problem. The first technician did not do work commensurate for payment. When he should have returned to complete the job, I was told that “he no longer works with the company. “ Suffice it to say, ‘I am not a happy camper’
