Vernon always does the service with professional and personal care in the extermination of the creepy, crawly critters! Bimonthly pest control; ants, spiders ,cockroaches.
Matt P. does an excellent job. He arrives when he says, is professional, and knowledgeable. He always makes sure he treats for any problems or concerns we have. We're extremely happy with his service of our property. He is probably about the nicest guy I have ever met. We are happy he services our area.
As usual, Vernon was prompt and efficient. Sprayed inside and outside.
Very unprofessional. My mom has been dealing with this company and it seems they are feeding the bugs because they keep coming. Only thing Yates is interested in is the money. My mom is 77 years of age and has not been treated fairly by this company. Technician(Vernon) has lied and manager (Bill) has also. There has never been a time My mom couldn't afford to pay the services; she simply only pays in person because she has no electronic methods to pay. Be careful how you do children and the elderly.
