Vernon D Osgood Jr did a really great job and is very friendly
Vernon our service tech was the best. His communication is on point, lets us know when he is arriving and very punctual.He explained the process of getting rid of spiders(I'm petrified)! Put me at ease. He is very pleasant and attentive. Did a great job! Would highly recommend.
Been using Yates Astro since we moved to Statesboro in 2022. Vernon, our tech, has been exceptional. He always communicates before, during, and after every service visit so we’re never left guessing. He’s always very professional and we’ve never had an issue with pests, spiders, bugs, or mosquitoes. Gnats? Now that’s another story…but this is Southeast Georgia and I don’t think anyone has a solution for those.
Vernon Osgood Jr was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, a true professional and pleasure to talk to.
