Excellent service and food
This place looked new, clean, and near my office so I decided to give it a try after I got of work. During the entire time I was there, I was the only customer in the restaurant, yet the only employee there was on his phone and never acknowledged me. I ended up placed a to-go order for two dishes using the self-service kiosk and walked away. I returned about 20 minutes later to pick up my order. The handroll served here was a disaster. Everyone who loved handroll would know, the nori (the seaweed wrapping) has to be crispy. However, the nori they served was not crispy but totally rubbery and chewy, making it impossible to bite through. The filling of the handroll was so little that you totally can't see the filling from the outside (see photo). When she started searing the food with the torch, my nose had me ready for deliciousness and that first bite verified I was definitely in for a great time. Absolutely looking forward to coming back! Flavorful, beautiful, and satisfying.
