In my experience, this office is extremely difficult to reach by phone. Calls often go unanswered, and it’s very frustrating when you need timely communication. Prescription refills have also been delayed far longer than expected, which adds unnecessary stress. If you’re looking for responsive care and reliable follow-up, you may want to consider other options.
I love Dr. Sheriff and her staff!! My two young adult daughters needed a new Dr since their pediatrician can't see them any longer and she is so thorough in explaining the exams and making my girls feel comfortable and knowledgeable about what's taking place. I really appreciate the nurse checking in on us while we're waiting in the room, just to let us know they didn't forget us (even while they're busy). The front desk is super friendly and helpful.
