Nice and clean office. Receptionists and PAs are courteous and professional.
God help us. My mom supposed to see him, a month ago. It is being a journey, it looks like his staff do not know their job. The doctor order an MRI, that requires lab work, they did not give me order, the UMI asked me for that, in order to make the appointment, I had to call back doctor’s Salem office to ask for the lab order, I told them to send it to Labcorp they told they do not do, that. My husband was treated at this clinic and received no proper medical care — only complications and serious health issues. No help, no responsibility. Avoid this place.
Horrifying experience. After surgery at this clinic, I developed a severe purulent infection. Dr. Yasser Salem completely abandoned my care — he stopped responding, refused to help, and ignored my complications entirely. I received no medical support whatsoever. The clinic is filthy and unsanitary, with basic hygiene protocols clearly violated. It’s no surprise patients end up with infections.
