I feel really disappointed w| my experience. Ive been trying to find good gynecologist for a while now, & reading the reviews I was really excited to come in for my appointment-feeling optimistic. Dr. Kareem gave me hope today. I came in with various health concerns and she explained everything to me so thoroughly and with patience. She really listened to me and gave me an immense amount of knowledge and showed empathy towards my situation. I can’t thank her enough. I left my doctor appointment feeling hopeful knowing that she’s partnering with me to combat my health concerns. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. My appointment took nearly two hours, most of which was spent just waiting. It was clear that efficiency was not a priority, as staff seemed to be sitting around instead of helping patients. I ultimately decided to switch doctors because of this. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for timely and professional care.
Very knowledgeable and competent Dr. she took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Most doctors these days won’t spend that much time with you so I was very grateful to her. I was greatly disappointed by the staff, however which is why I reduced the stars. They completely ignored me when I repeatedly requested my medical records! It shouldn’t take an act of Congress to simply get your records!
