I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. Unfortunately, the issues go beyond a single incident and reflect a pattern of poor operational management and lack of accountability. The office advertises hours until 5:00 PM; however, phone calls consistently go unanswered well before that time, often as early as 3:00 PM. On one occasion, I called multiple times and ultimately went to the office in person while continuing to call. Can’t stand a place who can’t even answer the phone…
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR. SHE DID A TERRIBLE PHYSICAL EXAM ON ME. THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE MY MEDICAL RECORDS SO SHE CAN MORE LESS SEE WHATS GOING ON WITH MY PHYSICAL ISSUES AND SHE DIDNT CARE AND SAID SHE DOESN’T BELIEVE IN THAT AND THAT SHE ONLY GOES BY WHAT SHE SEES. SO SHE ONLY TOOK A FEW SECONDS AND SHE WAS DONE. SHE LEFT ME IN THAT TINY ROOM FOR 40 MINUTES UNTIL I ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SHE SAID “oh sorry, you can leave now” 🤦🏻🙄
Very unprofessional staff especially the head nurse and the front desk scheduling. The Doctor keeps canceling once your at the waiting room after you've been there hours waiting with a schedule appointment. They don't honor appointments at all. And they talk down at people and belittle patients. I highly do not recommend this doctor or thier medical office. If I could give them NO star I would.
