I would give no stars if that was an option. I just had the worst haircut of my life, the lady who cut my hair wouldn’t even tell me her name so I could warn others. I asked for a simple shoulder length hair cut, she gave me a misshapen bob size hair cut. Without even showing me the length she just started cutting it super short, exposing the whole neck on the back. It’s so bad that they offered a refund but my hair is already gone.
