To be honest, I don't even want to give them 1 star. We had a meeting after my husbands diagnosis, and he needed to have his therapy done closer to home. But Dr. alessani was supposed to continue to be his medical oncologist. I never heard anything from him every time I tried to call their office, they either answered and hung up immediately or never called back. I am beyond frustrated . I took a day off work to be seen today. Today, I drove all the way to this practice, only to find the doors locked, despite the business hours posted on the door and online clearly stating they were open. An entire day wasted for nothing. Not to mention the fact that every time I’ve called to schedule nobody answers or gets back. I tried 3 different days to finally get a hold of somebody and get scheduled. This doctor is exceptionally caring and amazing. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and caring. If I could it would be 10s across the board for me!!!
I love Dr. Ali Hassani, he listens and is happy to answer all my questions. My only issue with this office is trying to get prescriptions refilled. I've called multiple times, my pharmacy has called multiple times... I asked if we could do 3 months at a time. Leaving messages is futile. If the doctor has put me on medication then it should be sent in... I don't understand the calling that has to occur every time I need refilled. 😕 No one responds when I leave a message... super frustrating.
