I tried to call & schedule an appointment. The 1st issue was being put on hold for over 5 minutes. The person I did speak to was very unprofessional & rude to the point I told her that I no longer wanted to schedule an appointment so she hung up on me. No goodbye, nothing. She didn't even let me finish talking. I called back & left a message for the office manager, Rita, who never returned my call. Such a joke of a place! The so called office manager Rita is a joke she is lazy! I asked them to fill out a simple life insurance form she had me wait THREE WEEKS then told me it couldn't be filled out because my husband was seen 4 years ago, yeah because he passed away, she first said she needs a medical power of attorney, I told her no, a power of attorney is voided when the person passes away, she then told me she didn't have the answers for his start date and death date and cause of death, he was literally under this pla... read more
The office staff at this place is incredibly rude and unprofessional. No urgency or concern for the wellbeing of their patients. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
