I should have read the reviews before going to this place yesterday. There is a review from 2 years ago saying they felt uncomfortable about the lady asking for a tip. We went here because we had a Groupon and had a somewhat okay experience. We paid for a 60 min massage but probably only received about 40-45 mins of that. Our couples massage was interrupted 5 or more times. The massage therapists kept being interrupted by phone calls or customers in the lobby. The entire second half of our massages were rushed and a complaining customer in the lobby took up much of our massage time.
