There were more cons than pros here. I wish it were a different experience but any place can be a hit or miss. First, we arrived 10 mins early, but had to wait 10 mins after our appointment time. Then, two people come out from the back, one man, one woman. The man kept looking at me with a serious look on his face even after I smiled at him. Worst experience ever! Do NOT waste your money or time. They made me pay upfront and she required a tip BEFORE the services were performed. She did not ask me what I wanted or needed to be focused on. The massage was horrible. No pressure was applied, she climbed on the bed to massage me, and all her bones cracked but mine didn’t! She massaged my butt waaaayyyy too long and frequently. This was my first massage and I felt disturbed at the end, not relaxed. Choose a different massage place!
Every time I visit I remember why I bought massages in bulk from this place. Absolutely amazing deep tissue massage and the hot stones help my back pain so much. Way more beneficial than going to the chiropractor. Love this place.
The language barrier was for sure the hardest part. None of the staff speaks English at all, which can be challenging to explain your needs and problem areas. The back rooms do not have enclosed rooms and doors which can be off-putting to some because of safety/privacy concerns. The massage itself was fine. I am one who has gotten many massages from many different places. This was not my worst, but it certainly wasn't my best either.
