This lady completely ignored what I wanted to have bloodwork for and then asked if I wanted to wait till I started feeling bad to look into the issue. The symptom of Alpha-gal syndrome caused by Lonestar tick bite is anaphylaxis. She literally asked me if I wanted to wait for this to happen. This lady is a joke. The positive reviews are fake or naive people.
She is great she listens, and she genuinely seems to care, I had providers that treated me as a number. I can tell she really cares, and really listens.
Very unprofessional. Immediately targeted my husband who has multiple tattoos. She immediately asked him, "what about your hepatitis c?" He said, "I don't have hepatitis c." She said, "well what about the tattoos?" He said "these were all done in a professional shop." She said well what about IV drug use?" He said he never did that. She didn't believe him.
