Dr Bassel truly listens to my mother and has amazing bedside manner which flows into his office as they are all so wonderful and compassionate.
I had a great visit. Everyone is very friendly in his office. From the front desk to the nurse & of course Dr. Bassel is always very friendly & wonderful.
Doctor is a great guy
Staff is very helpful and pleasant. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Bassel really listens which is important to everyone. Yes, I would highly recommend them.

Jillian is great so it stinks that I can't follow her advice to come in with repeat UTIs. Can't get referral request and they left me waiting when I'm severely sick and getting worse. Horrible medical practices, no care at all about their long-term patients
He was very thorough and made sure you were taken care of. You felt very relaxed. Explained exactly what he was going to do.
