Wow. I have lived with pain from Scoliosis for decades. My doctor recommended the Schroth Method PT to help alleviate some of my back, neck, and shoulder pain. Loop PT is the only place in Chicago that offers this method, which combines breathwork, exercises, and more specific to individual curves and problems. I'm still in the early stages and I'm having remarkable improvement. Highly recommend.
