Yarrow Plumbing did a great job repairing the plumbing at our investment property. They were professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly. Rachel and Jackie were very friendly and efficient, and the whole team did a fantastic job.
This plumbing company is a complete joke. The customer service is absolutely awful—rude, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive. I had to chase them down for days just to get a simple response. When they finally showed up, they tried to upsell me on services I never asked for, making it clear they were just out to make a quick buck. Avoid at all costs. There are a lot of plumbing companies that aren't thieves like this mob.
Yarrow Plumbing did an excellent job of helping to clear a blocked toilet drain. Costs and Procedure were explained up front and progress every step of the way. I would recommend their services and have them again should the need arise.
