Had tried to work out agreement with business owner to simply take down photos from our botched job that we know represent false advertising. Owner agreed, but she didn't follow-up. As many/most other posters have stated, this was one of our worst experiences with a subcontractor EVER (and we've had our share of experiences across the U.S).
