I have found them awesome since moving here a few months a go . Management must have changed. Now they are on the ball with everything.
Absolutely disgusted and disheartened. Asked for a medicine change and was bluntly told by Donald 'go to your own doctor '. Considering his Son David put me on the medication in the first place and l was a regular patient (changed docs only because it was more convenient to see a doctor where l live, having a child with special needs) Absolutely mortified that he treated me with such disregard.
Dr Brad Zanker is obnoxious he profiles you ,refuses treatment if you are on meds for chronic back pain impinged nerves and did not bother to talk about the past MRI just labelled me . said he didn't get good out comes no compassion basically refused me treatment.not once I was labelled in another state it didn't help I was in shock and grieving my partner of 34 years. I usually don’t leave reviews, but after my recent experience, I feel the need to speak up – especially because all the negative reviews I read beforehand turned out to be completely justified. I came to this practice with a very clear and detailed medical history, including dates, symptoms, and the number of times I had been sick. Been at this clinic for nearly 4 years and have been very happy with the Doctors there but Susan at reception is very very rude and this requires action.
