Nick is extremely professional (and clearly very good at what he does) while also being just a pleasant guy to deal with. There are a bunch of consultations before and after the surgery (not at extra cost) and I'm going to miss them! Very direct, never patronising and always down to entertain my questions/curiosity about the wild profession he's in. I consulted with a number of surgeons.
