We have had a wonderful experience living at Yarn Works. We are coming up on a year and overall great experience. The staff is very helpful. Julie, the property manager is very responsive and always willing to help. They organize many community events and the amenities such as the gym and yoga studio are top notch. The maintenance team is excellent, always pleasant and quick to respond. I highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a clean and safe space. Thank you!
We love our unit!! I've talked to other tenants and read other reviews and you're not going to be able to please all of the people all of the time. We have found that the office and maintenance staff are very responsive when there is an issue. And honestly, some things are just out of their control. Most of the problems with the building environment come from other tenants.. not the staff. This experience is what you make of it. So far so good! It'll be one year in September.
