I stopped in last month on my way from Davenport to visit a friend in Wisconsin. So glad I did! Wonderful selection of yarns - I had a hard time choosing which to bring home with me! Hope to be back soon.
I was a hopeless beginner and through the kind and patient owner Sara and her faithful employee I was able to knit five Christmas presents. I am looking forward to learning more in this tranquil and friendly environment.
My friends and I are from St. Louis and spent the weekend in Dubuque, staying at The Hancock Inn B & B. We are knitters so we decided to stop in to check out Yarn Soup. What a wonderful yarn store. Sara is so knowledgeable and has such a pleasant personality and the yarn selection is amazing. We purchased yarn and would certainly enjoy visiting again. You Iowans are very fortunate to have such a cozy and comfy place to shop!
