We started the shop and this web site because we wanted to share the types of yarns and accessories that we like and use ourselves, at a decent price. We are located in Nebraska where knitted and warm things frequently come in handy.

I recently came into the store with a really challenging sweater construction that not even Lori has seen in its exact form, but she was able to help me get it assembled so I could continue knitting. Lori is knowledgeable and confident with knitting and when she doesn't know the exact answers she knows exactly which reference(s) do. Also, Yarn Charm is constantly special ordering yarn, needles, and other knitting supplies for me. She's very prompt to order and lets me know right when they arrive. Thank you, Lori!
