This place needs to be completely overhauled! First of all they should be evaluating nurses for professionalism, confidentiality and empathy. Once a person comes to the ER just so many times you then become a problem. Nurses give there opinion of why you are always there. Call you out on it then expect you and your family set there and not say anything. My experience was with my son and epilepsy. A wonderful experience for my first-ever CT Scan. Everyone was so friendly and informative, from the volunteer who directed me to diagnostic imaging, to the receptionist, and the technician - Tashia. Thanks to everyone for making this stressful time a very friendly, comforting experience.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible with the needle resulting my arm going numb. Waiting extra long. Doctors on their phones. I get into the room just to be told I have something I don't even have which I know because I've had said thing a hundred times. Didn't give me any extra tests just a prescription. Tore that up. At home with a 10/10 abdominal pain going to digby and hoping to receive proper care.

We just spent a week with my father at yarmouth regional with a severe kidney issue. Dr. Rao, Dr. Chahal , Dr. Green, and nurse Sara from 4th floor North gave extraordinary care to a man timid of hospitals. No care would match what we witnessed over the last 7 days. Bravo to your staff.
