I have been a Yark customer for years now. Purchased used and new vehicles from Yark Subaru and for the most part have been very satisfied. When it came time for me for my pregnant daughter (twins) and her husband to by a new car to support the increase family numbers, I recommended Yark. They purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica 3.6 v6 hybrid. So after a few days of online shopping I decided to go look at a new to me car. I got lost, twice at two different dealerships before I finally turned into the wrong lot again. So I decided to get out and see what they had. Jeremy Bonnough met me out front and completely took care of everything I needed. I never found that car I was looking for, I found the car that was perfect for me at a better price. Thanks Jeremy!
DO NOT PURCHASE A CERTIFIED PRE OWNED VEHICLE. IT WILL BE SOLD TO YOU AS-IS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. NO CERTIFIED VEHICLE IS SOLD AS-IS. And a vehicle warranty will be SOLD to you. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SHOPPING HERE. THEY CLAIM THEY DO CERTIFIED PRE OWNED CHECKLISTS BUT THEY DIDN’T EVEN MAKE SURE I HAD THE RIGHT OWNERS MANUAL. WHEN I REQUESTED THE PROPER ONE I WAS TOLD TO PURCHASE IT MYSELF. MY WHEEL BEARINGS HAVE ALREADY GONE OUT. MY AC BLOWS MILDEW AIR CONSISTENTLY!!!
Went here today and was straightforward with the rep with what I was looking for. Gave a specific price range and vehicles. He gave me a very snarky response when I misspoke and said I was looking for a new car preferably a wrangler. His response was condescending and unwarranted given I was a potential buyer.
