Very nice Went just to look around and ended up leasing a new Camry. The salesman we worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Each person we worked with there was very nice.
Great I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took over two years after getting the notice to have the airbag recall available for new installation. They said not to have someone sit in the passenger seat during this time frame due to safety concerns. This was a hardship. I give the service I received on December 16th 5 stars.
Great Service I only needed an oil change but still received outstanding service. Tom Orohood is a true professional and an all-around nice guy. He explains everything in terms you can understand and reviews the completed service with you. The coffee is pretty darned good too!
Totally shady, don't bother This guy thought I'd just sign for a car not knowing the MSRP or Interest Rate!! I found this dealership from a link on AAA.com that was supposed to give me "Preferred Pricing" for being a long-time AA member; they quoted an average of $2000 off MSRP. I had spoken with one sales rep at Hackensack Toyota before driving far out of my neighborhood, who after going over what I was looking to lease & what I could afford to spend, he told me he 'could work with those numbers'. Recommended Miguel Garcia Rojo was amazing to work with. You rock!!! Very kind, patient, attentive, best experience ever! Do recommend to come and check out the dealership. A lot of car options to choose from, great financing options.
Great I am Still in California ptsd mode but this company does still value the customers rather than their pockets.
Great Service Got in early for our appointment. Was greeted and taken care of right away. The service advisor listened to us and recommended service that needed to be done. Our vehicle was delivered nice and clean.
Great I went in for an oil change - then was asked why I didn't have the fuel injection service last visit - "because I was never told I needed it" I would have budgeted for this if I had known - on the plus side Vitality Kirichenko ROCKS for finding another rodent nest in my car.... This is the 3rd time for me - guess I will just have to buy tons and tons of D-econ - And another big thanks to Jamie Gutierrez - super nice - he was very helpful...
We will be back Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable & they aim to have your car ready when they say it will be ready when buying a car it's not the usual c@!p.
