This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with Do yourself a favor and skip Lia Toyota. My car has been held hostage at Lia Toyota of Northampton since August 19 and its September 15th. A mouse shredded my engine harness and it needed to be replaced. Luckily it was covered by insurance. Not recommend treats customers badly Leased a new rav4 limited had problems with the stereo took it back , the sales people and service associates said their was a problems with the stereo gave us a loaner until it could be worked on Monday . Tuesday my wife is told she just has weak speakers! Talked to the service manager he said they listened to another rav4 and it sounded just as bad as ours their for Toyota jbl parts are garbage so any parts I put on will sound just as bad so it is not a warintable issue. They do not stand behind what they sell !!! I purchased a used 2015 truck from them. During the warranty period it had a problem with the ignition releasing the key. I dropped it off for a whole day and at the end of the day they said they made an adjustment. A week later the key wont shut off again. After a quick internet search I found it was a known problem with that vehicle. I contacted the "so called" Service Manager and he said he would look into it and call me back. He never did. unprofessional I emailed this dealership to inquire about a 2017 tacoma , got linked up with Kyle John, was quoted a specific price (a very small discount, which is fine) prior to visiting the dealership, I asked him specifically if they would negotiate the price of the truck if i came in to his dealership (dealers dont neg over the phone) he said (to be fair using his exact words) he would use my presence as leverage with his managers to get a discount. Professional Shadi took care of all of my concerns about my car and kept me informed about all the issues that came up. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I'll always ask to have him to be my service representative, so please give him a raise but don't promote him! :)
Wonderful Mary and Geoff Morrill came in today and wanted to let us know that Khalil Abozeeter gave them wonderful customer service and they appreciated their car buying experience from him.
Everything went smooth I was greeted on arrival and escorted to a service rep. The greeter was friendly, as was the service rep. She checked to be sure I was scheduled for required maintenance, and later explained a couple of additional services I needed. No pressure, but needed. She got things going right away, and I was out shortly thereafter.
Great Had to bring in my Toyota for an air bag recall so decided to schedule an oil change. Customer service was friendly and service was done in a timely manner with recommendations on other services I should do due to my mileage and wear and tear. No pressure or hassle on the recommendations. Will bring my Toyota back here for future services.
