Had an appointment at 830 for an oil change I was done at 950 am . I am used to other Nissan dealer max time for oil change 45 minutes
Got Trany flushed and new filter only took a hour
Historically I have avoided brand dealerships. Yark had a great selection of quality used Rouges at competitive prices so we purchased there, the sales rep was professional and helpful. And now I have used the service department not just one but 3 times, because of free service on minor recalls and regularly scheduled maintenance with more than fair prices.
