Historically I have avoided brand dealerships. Yark had a great selection of quality used Rouges at competitive prices so we purchased there, the sales rep was professional and helpful. And now I have used the service department not just one but 3 times, because of free service on minor recalls and regularly scheduled maintenance with more than fair prices. I usually make an appointment in advance for oil changes but stopped in last week to see if they could fit me in. Chrissy was professional and thorough and able to make it happen after a brief wait. The multi-point inspection fluids top-off is appreciated.
I took my car in for recall replacements. After that, I received a letter for a free oil change as long as you are doing the recalls at the same time. So I called and said I got the letter after the recalls were just done and at first they weren’t going to honor it. I explained that doesn’t make any sense and they said to call the corporate office to see what they can do. So I did and they said no, they wouldn’t honor it through the corporate office.
