0 Star : My Experience I was told it would be done in 6 to 8 weeks today is 10 weeks I was told that if there were any changes to the completion date I would be notified I wasn’t notified I left messages on Paul’s answering machine he never responded and said he never got them could go on but I think the message is clear the customer ISNT important

On 2 occasions I left messages in the middle of the day which weren’t responded to until the following day. 5 Star : My Experience I am satisfied with my experience. However there were unexpected delays and successive extensions in the repair process. The repair process seemed to go well and I did receive occasional updates, however there wasn't always the updated information available on my vehicle or when it might be complete.
