Told them no and try to get the insurance company to pay for it. I scheduled my repair for when I was out of town and left my car there for almost 2 weeks. Nick worked with the service department to also get some preventative maintenance done and went above and beyond when I also requested some detail services. 5 Star : Returned Clean
