After waiting 2 weeks for a "service" appointment, they checked my battery, said it was good, and told me to come back in another 2 weeks for a "service" appointment. Nope! Took my Jeep somewhere else... bad battery. Saved alot of money at privately owned auto repair shop. Bought my first car there and many others since 1984, and I won't be back. That's too bad... I've always given my business to Yark, and I've said as much. But, my business there means nothing. And that's ok, I can take my business elsewhere.
Parts department wants to charge $20 for typing on there computer and doing there job, because its the only place to get the info I need..The 4 digit pin to reset my immobilizer for a 2006 pacifica that my son killed the battery on...
Yark's service department listens to you about the problems you are having with your car. They fix the problem and gaurantee the work. They offer you a free ride home and also to go back to the dealership to get your car. The service techs are very polite and answer all of your questions. I would recommend them .
We are extremely disappointed with the service and communication we received from Yark Dealership in Toledo. My boyfriend had work done on his truck, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The truck was kept for weeks longer than we were originally told, with little to no explanation for the delay. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication.
