Chris in the service department was methodical. He kept the story consistent, stayed disciplined on scope, and made sure the right items were being addressed.
Went in to buy a car. Was happy with the payment offer. Had $2000 to put down. Was ready to leave with that car on the spot. If you just want to have time wasted, you should go to this service department. They won't take responsibility for anything and will 100% deflect to "we are at the mercy of Ram" They won't even complete the Star requests that are requested from the Star engineers. Wait over 30 days to get an appointment with a rental, which is part of the warranty. Attempt to fix it, doesn't work, call back 2 days later and well now it's over 45 days to get an appointment with a rental, or you can bring it in on Monday and deal with your own... read more
