I came in one month and a week ago and paid cash for a brand new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I paid extra for scotch guard, under coating and clear coating. I was told by them someone would contact me shortly to have that done. I had to go there after three weeks of not hearing anything to be told yes we will schedule the scotch guard and clear coating for August 30th. I bought the car on June 17th. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am. Upon arrival I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I was asked if I’d like a tire rotation with my oil change I asked the price and said yes. The wait time turned into 2 and a half hours only for them to not even do the tire rotation. I won’t be back there weren’t even any accommodations for taking up my time and not rendering the correct services.
