Treated me like dirt. Found the perfect car for my wife. Had the deal set, cash. Was told car just needed serviced. Delayed me for 2 weeks then sold to someone else. They lie, they cheat, they are one of the worst dealers I’ve ever worked with. And I’ve purchased over 50 cars in my lifetime.

As a resident of Fairbanks Avenue, I am demanding that Yark Automotive Group immediately stop test driving vehicles on our street. For the safety of our children and neighbors, this reckless behavior must end. Every time one of your cars comes speeding down Fairbanks, I fear for the lives of our children. At least 5 of the 16 homes on this street have young children who regularly play in their front yards. Took my Qx50 in because the drivers seat would not move forward or backwards. It would recline the back, and move the seat up and down though, which tells me it's not the motor, but a gear issue. Was told that I had to replace the seat because it's all one unit, which I knew was a lie, and was quoted a price over $4000.00.
