Arturo lied to us and said he was licensed and insured. He continually lied to us and to the builder whose license he works under. Has no idea the sequence of adding addition to house though he told us how much experience he had. Showed up very seldom. When he said he would come over to work, he wouldn’t come or call. We finally had to void the contract. This man I has a problem with honesty. He talks big and does almost nothing. Yarez Construction has no integrity.
