I initially had a good experience with their service, but unfortunately, they suddenly stopped cleaning the sidewalk despite it being included in the agreement. When I inquired, they claimed that the previous salesperson had made a mistake and asked for additional money to continue the service. This was disappointing and unprofessional. A company should honor its agreements rather than changing terms midway. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience
It was the first time I availed Yardworx with service contract for 15 days only (December 16 to 31). As forecasted, snow started evening of December 31st until morning of January 1st. Amazingly, two Yardworx personnel were shovelling our driveway, entrance and sidewalk at 6:40am January 1st (today). As in, they still rendered services even a day after our service contract. I greatly appreciate how you promote business Yardworx!!
I had these folks come over and work on cleaning up the "beds" for winter. They did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. It took a while for them to get here after I booked them but when they arrived it was worth the wait, no question!
