Requested a quote online, this was followed up with an email asking for some details. I sent photos and an explanation of what I was looking for. Weeks went by without any further contact, finally received an email asking if I still want a quote as the contractor who did the quote is no longer with them. Damaged two irrigation heads that had been in place for 4 years. They told me "Based on the photos, it appears the issue is more likely related to the irrigation heads being installed or adjusted above the proper lawn grade, rather than the mowing service itself." - Did not rectify the situation at all. Would recommend anyone else.
Very poor communication. I have been speaking to their office many times and remind the office of schedule change. Report out their crew doesn't show up. They still screw up. I do feel the service level was getting worse compared to previous a couple years. Very disappointed. After a phone call, the issue was resolved. I would appreciate keep consistent quality and service level a key to be successful in this competitive market.
I have been dealing with Yardworks for a couple of winters and this spring I had the spring clean up and I have been very pleased with their service. The guys were excellent in removing the snow - all done in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend this company. May/26- Due to hurting my back, I have requested Yardworx to mow my lawn in June and July and I want to mention, I am very pleased of the job being done. This company is amazing.
Super rude guy wouldn’t turn off his gas’s powered weed trimmer for a moment to talk to me. Then he did a super poor job. Charged me $70 extra for long grass and the whole yard only took 15 minutes. No communication with me at all. Not recommended at all which is too bad since the snow removal was excellent.
