When they show up they are great, but for some reason they keep messing up our address I. Dispatch and either mow someone else’s yard or shovel someone else’s snow and we still get charged the full rate - no attempts to compensate us for their mistake.
Yardly handles snow removal for us this year too, its their prompt and excellent services sets them apart, whether it’s the admin team or the service crew they’re fantastic!
I contacted Yardly this year for lawn mowing services and from the start, communication with the company was very slow. Once Yardly came for my first lawn mowing, I was immediately unimpressed as they did a terrible job. My grass was left noticeably uneven, and some areas where grass was still long (as if it was missed).
